The Postpartum Circle
This is a free monthly group for mothers with children age 3 and under whose purpose is to provide support, connection, and inspiration as women navigate the transition into motherhood, whether for the first time or the fifth. This time represents a transformation of identity, a rite of passage which requires a change in consciousness.
A critical aspect of making this transition personally empowering is support. The ultimate intention is to support each mama to make the transition in a way where she does not disappear herself, but learns to build systems of support and simultaneously attend to her own needs as well as those of her children.
This is a virtual meeting that takes place on the third Wednesday of every month at 10:00 am CST. Mothers and children under 3 are welcome to attend. Register here.

Prenatal Circle – Monthly
For thousands of years, women have learned from each other through sharing their own personal experiences around pregnancy, birth, and mothering. This monthly circle is facilitated live for both our midwifery clients as well as others who simply want to gather with other pregnant couples.
Each monthly circle explores themes related to pregnancy, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, or motherhood. It’s an opportunity to ask questions of the midwife/facilitator, engage in meaningful exercises, and most of all learn, share, and connect with other pregnant women and couples. It truly does take a village and this is the time and the space to build it.
To find out about the date and time of the next circle and RSVP please reach out to Corina at 305.308.5900. Zoom options are available.
The next one is August 4th and they are on the first Tuesday of every month at 10 am.
